1962 Dodge Dart 440
This 1962 Dart 440 arrived at JC Auto Restoration in January 2004 as
a very presentable, but not show-quality car. The owner wanted body, paint,
mechanical, electrical and interior restoration completed in time for the
Seattle Roadster Show in late February 2004.
We disassembled the car, sent the rolling shell to
Fenders and Finsfor body and paint work, and completed the
entire project on schedule. Its owner was rewarded with a first place trophy in
class!

| The engine had been repainted a lovely shade of Chevy
orange. The drooling thermostat housing made for a nice touch too. |

| Once the engine and transmission were removed, it was apparent how
badly the car needed mechanical attention. |
